HUMAN BARBIE DOLLS??!!

Look! This is not a Linda Ikeji Blog wanna be o, for those of you ready to criticize. I started this blog in 2012 when i was bored to my ass and then i abandoned it after some time. So recently i stumbled upon the link in my old email and decided to give it a try again and see how it goes.

Expect to see anything from humor, art, love, nature, beauty, and if you also like weird stuffs like me, then this is a blog for you.

Hmmmm! Now to the gist of today do you know that while those of  us in these parts of the world are busy worrying about Ebola, some Caucasians in other parts are busy obsessed about trying to look like real life barbie dolls.

Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova, infamously known as the Human Barbie, she claims she is a 'breatharian' – someone who doesn't eat or drink but only breathes, although surgeons believe she may have had ribs removed...

Alina Kovalevskaya is also from Ukraine, she has very long blonde hair and often wears contact lenses that give her a blank doll-like stare.

Justin Jedlica (born August 11, 1980), known as The Human Ken Doll is a Slovac-American businessperson and model. He is known as the man who came to national attention for undergoing over 100 plastic surgeries.

Katie Lawrence, from Camberwell, London, dresses in petticoats and pastel colours and admits to being obsessed with looking like a doll. The art student spends hours studying Japanese culture and video games which inspire her look.

Anastasiya Shpagina is 21, she is inspired by the anime culture. She spends up to 30 minutes on each eye when applying makeup so that she can more closely resemble the cartoons she admires. Shpagina is even considering surgery to make her eyes look more anime-like. 

 

Rodrigo Alves, 30, has splashed £100,000 cash on 12 operations since the age of 20, including nose jobs, liposuction, six-pack operations, calf shaping, pec implants, Botox fillers, and more. Rodrigo said he admires Barbie’s boyfriend Ken, because the toy looks like the “ideal man”.

Venus Palermo , known online as Venus Angelic, is a 17-year-old who has also taken the net by storm.

She has lived in Japan and is also inspired by the anime culture. Now back in London she has  about 78 videos on her official YouTube page ranging from make-up tutorials and nail arts to dancing.
